You’ve tried everything & need reinforcements.
Because being at the whim of your little one’s sleep habits is no longer working for your family.

Short naps, frequent wakings, contact naps, bedtime battles, early wakings…
This is the most hands-on support option. Multiple, daily check-ins & recommendations through your child’s personalized sleep log will ensure we meet your goals during our time together.

  • One 60 minute coaching call to kick off our time together
  • Personalized step-by-step plan, ready to implement
  • One or two, 15-minute follow-up calls during the one or two weeks we are working together
  • Education along the way to prepare you for the next milestone

What does Support Look Like?

Consider me your sleep coach for the entire time we are working together.
We will correspond several times per day through an online Sleep Log.
I will coach you with evidence-based recommendations with explanations in plain language so you know the “why” behind everything you’re doing.
I will always be a voice of reason and answer your questions.
