I started Little Victories because I’ve been where you are; tired, overwhelmed, & not sure where to turn next.

I want everyone to sleep better, but I also want every family to feel the same level of support and confidence I had while working through my own children’s sleep struggles.

I meet each where they are and carefully consider family dynamics, parenting styles, and personalities when writing Personalized Sleep Plans.

After having children of my own, I looked back on my childhood photos, laying sleepily on my father’s chest, and wondered where I must have gone wrong with my own kids? Why did it take so much coercing to get our children to sleep?

Well, whether I liked it or not, my life was a lot different than that of my parents. First, I was 33 when I had my first child (compared to my parents who started their family in their early 20s). I also live thousands of miles away from my immediate family.

Meaning, my spouse and I only have one another to rely on for most of the care of our littles. When our kids are overtired, we are the only ones to face the consequences.

So, we traded a little bit of freedom with naps at home. Consistent bedtimes instead of late nights at the brewery.

In return, we have regulated children who we, tbh, put to bed and call the babysitter. We still have our lives, but we also have our sanity.

Looking for a few Little Victories of your own, but not sure where to start?

Natalie helped us help our toddler daughter get better and more consistent sleep (any by extension, we slept better too!).

She created a customized sleep plan and helped us execute it while providing the support we needed as parents. If your child is having any sleep issues, we highly recommend working with Natalie!

Natalie was immensely helpful during our little one’s big 4 month sleep transition. We had a few issues we wanted to specifically work through and she had helpful advice and reassurances that we could get them solved.

She explained the reasoning behind different strategies we implemented so we always understood why we were doing one over another. Her daily feedback was quick and helpful. She was easy to talk to and I’m grateful to have her on our team for any issues that might pop up!
